Callie Terry1I called into the branch to receive a document that my loan was paid off. Katie, at the branch,was not professional and would not give me the document because the loan was in my husband's name. The online site is not user friendly. You are not able to retrieve a payoff document for your records. You have to wait 10 days for a letter confirmation. Other companies will at least give you a confirmation number. I feel once your loan is paid off they are not friendly. Save your time and go somewhere that is friendly and appreciates your business.
