Brandon Anderson5I got a loan through the Sedalia branch, Jonathan and Mel were incredibly nice. They got me the loan then when I had surgery that put me I'm a colostomy bag forever they worked with me and helped me make it so I won't default or owe late fees. I cannot ask for a greater customer service experience

Anna Olvera1Made an appointment to have them call. They never called. I had to call. Every time I called I was told, give me 30 min or give me 20 min. Hours later I am told I was forgotten. This is unacceptable. I will take my business elsewhere. To be lied to multiple times is extremely horrible customer service. BBB review here I come.
