Cindy Perez1Terrible customer service. I had to constantly call to get updates from Sam even though he told me he would call back in X amount of time, he never did. I went with a different agency and they were able to help me out super quick. When I called Sam to let him know he could do away with my application he didn’t seem to care. I had a loan with them before this and paid it off quickly always on time with payments and paid it off before it was due to be paid off. Had a good experience with them with the first loan, But after this most recent terrible customer service experience I’ll never go to them again for any of my financial needs.
