Carolyn Davis1I called to pay my bill over the phone and the young man that answered the phone was very rude. he started by asking me my name and banking account information and i gave him the information he needed.he them told me the call was going to be recorded so I said ok. he asked me my name and everything and then asked for my account number i thought he was talking about the account number on the bill so l saihd i don't have it in front of me right now. he raised his voice and said to me.you just said the number ma'am and hung the phone up on me.
