Patrick Porter1Ordinarily the customer service is good, but today I came across a rude and uncaring individual by the name of Megan. Tru, I understand that I was 1 month behind on a payment but informed her I had a death n my family and I lost my job. She showed no remorse nor condolences, I understand that u may hear different stories but a person would think that in these tryin n tough times that people can still show a little compassion. Guess not.

Vet Service1Never answers the phone and if you’re 1 out of a 100 calls that get through, they say the manager or their boss isn’t in and they’ll take your information down to pass it along. What a joke!
