I dont know what compels the main manager to make up her own policies and rules as she pleases. It's almost as if she doesn't care what kind of experience certain customers will have over other customers. I think she needs to consider a different line of work that doesn't involve people if she is so opposed to working in customer service :/

The job description is to help the customer. Sorry you had a bad experience, perhaps you were asking for a service that could not be provided.
