Sondra Garey2LCU has some nice people but I would like to be able to access my account when I want to. The new system continually will not allow me to access my account. It locks me out. Call(when someone answers the phone) and they reset it. Doesn't work. Go in to lobby, they get to work after many tries. Maybe will work for a few days and stops again. Please bring call 24 back.

slendytubbiesfan ever1New debit card isn't working. Called card services 5 times and still I have no access to my cash without going to the branch. I tried to call the local branch and let the phone rang about 30 times with no answer. I have never had this much trouble with a bank in my life. Go to TVA. Don't waste your time with lowland.

Rick James2This bank had alot going for it. Nice facilities and good approval rate but the rest falls apart. Customer service in store is good but you will never get someone on the phone if you call. Online baking site is terrible, the old site you had to login twice to get it to work ans they deployed a new site with a "3rd party" that you cannot even complete registration on. Can't make payments online so you always have to drive to one of their branches which for the longest time was only the one on the east side of Morristown, a drive for many. Taking my business to TVA

If, and I mean IF, you could ever get any customer service by phone since their new "modern" drive thru is so packed from the snails pace at which they operate cancelled the call 24 for account balances. I don't know why they think that they're better than their customers because you call go through the cues only to be hung up on without saying a word! It's abusive to people who really try to be patient and I think it's about time the higher ups should be notified and take notice about the poor public image this place has!!!!

Susan Bolyard1No one ever answers the phone. They say they are putting a hold on a check for 5 days and it turns in to 10+ which I could have taken to tva and cashed same day. APP NEVER works. Long wait time to even withdraw money. Just all around never a good experience. Edit to add new experience today. Their app is down AGAIN and I was refused my own money because their system is down.

Cissy Henard1I advise anyone to never get a loan from them unless you want a hassle. They don't like what my insurance sends as proof and they keep trying to charge me 15 times the amount I currently pay for insurance.

Alisha Dalton1Literally the WORST customer service ever. I have a loan for a car through them, and WHEN they actually answer the phone, I am not greeted nicely or even with a decent tone throughout the call. They do not work with people like banks should, and they sure do not care about customers as they should. Definitely do no recommend anyone who acts as if they better, and gets irritated at people who try to explain themselves. Edit: there have been two women there, that I recall, which are friendly enough to want to speak with again. Rarely do I get customer service from them. Also, might I add, I was trained in customer service at the age of SEVENTEEN. I was taught how to properly treat customers as a TEENAGER. Grow up or work at a job that DOESN'T involve customer service!! Or better yet, just be a decent person. It isn't that difficult, so try it some time.
