We have used Logan for 2 closings so far and have had the most wonderful experiences! First we used them years ago on our first home. Patrick and his team were responsive, welcoming, and professional. On the day of closing Patrick explained all of the documents we were signing clearly and in a way we could understand. Being a new homebuyer the whole experience can be overwhelming and stressful, but the team there put our minds at ease and made it a great experience. Of course, having this experience we made sure to use Logan Title again with our most recent home purchase. Everything was handled in the same friendly and professional manner. They were also extremely understanding and accommodating with our concerns about health measures due to our current climate. This company's conduct is every bit of the term gross negligence. Not only does the escrow agent not return calls but he also doesn't reply to emails. I have bought and sold many homes and the situation I am in is definitely a first. If you are looking for a third party intermediary that is unbiased - do yourself a favor and do a hard pass on this company.
