Charles is awesome. It’s a humbling experience sometimes to have to get a loan...but Charles never makes you feel “less than”. He is so respectful and kind, and just makes you feel so comfortable with the experience. I haven’t worked with Genesis as much as I have Charles...but the times I have worked with her, she has also been very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place any day.
