      These folks are not there to help you, I have hard believing they know what they're doing when they tell you your car is worth 1/2 of what it's actually worth. There's other places, save yourself time it's worthwhile.

      After speaking to a certain rep, I decided to go in to pay them a visit because of what I was told over the phone after speaking with other reps at other companies. A certain that I spoke with over the phone, actually was the rep that I saw in person and when I say that everything she explained was up front and I didn't spend no more than 20 minutes in the store and left with the amount that I requested. Thanks a bunch Amanda!
