Loans for Less S 300 W, Salt Lake City

I was hesitant to do a Loan on my truck , My friend had a good experience with Loans for less so I tried them. My rate was 60% lower than another quote I got. They were great to work with! So far I am impressed, for now….I would recommend them.

I didn't really know what to expect going in. I read some bad reviews on google, and almost overlooked these guys. Luckily Ralph reached out to me, and we were able to have a great conversation. The thing that really impressed me was that he asked about me as a person, and genuinely cared. After explaining my sob story, which I am sure he's heard hundreds of times, he said let me see what I can do. I thought there was no way he would give me what I was asking for, but he was quick to respond with an approval. I have done many loans at similar facilities, they take forever, grill you for information, and run you through the ringer, before finally making you feel so lucky that they even considered talking to you as you end up paying them 600% interest. It's corny I know, but going here and working with Ralph was such a relief, I honestly felt like I was getting a loan from a buddy or a long time friend. Lastly, the rates truly are less. Compared to other quick loan lender they are literally a sixth of the charge. I didn't believe him when he originally told me that on the phone, but when it came time to sign I was blown away at the rate! Wont be going anywhere else for a quick loan, great service, easy to use website for payments, and just all around good people.

I thought the customer service was awesome, and the rates are the best I can find. However, I've set up auto pay twice, and for the life of me I can't understand why they can't seem to get a payment more than once, so I will call in again and do it a third time. Just be aware that you may have to call in and set up autopay every month for the life of your loan. At least the customer service is good so it's a pleasant experience.

Ralph is the Man. I called them from a very tight spot I had put myself in. I have solid income, but no assets (for collateral), and bad credit from mistakes of youth. I also unfortunately had some HIGHLY PREDATORY payday loans out with rates as high as 749%.. Thats not an exaggeration. Ralph is who answered and heard me out. He then called back to tell me he got me approved for what I asked for (and needed), and gave me a better rate than typical - with promise to further lower the rate assuming good payment history. This isn't the typical predatory loan shark experience. They are a business, but they also care about their customers and in my experience, seemed to be capable of appreciating the nuances of different peoples circumstance -> and taking action based upon honest evaluation. Communication with them is clean and swift. If you're straightforward with them, they'll match you 100%. Thanks Loans For Less, and Thanks Ralph!

After finding them online, and speaking with them over the phone, I just drove to the general area and visited no less than 3 title loan businesses. They knew who I was looking for but tried to get my business. None of them would match the rates at Loans for Less. I spent two hours with those people for nothing. Next day I went back to the correct address and was so happy I did. Not only was the rate the best available, they even matched my requested principle amount. Helped me out of a jam like only a friend would.

I love this place! They make it fast and easy to get in and out. Rates are lower than anywhere else I have gone for a loan. Everything is thoroughly explained and the customer service is awesome! I've been doing business with them for probably 5 years now and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

I took 3 car title loans out from this company and each time that I had done so it went very well. And then about 2 months ago they called and left a message on my phone saying that they offer personal, business, and title loans to returning customers. When I called them back to enquire: they stated that they did NOT offer business loans as they had previously told me in the voicemail, which I kept in case they dispute that. and that even though I was a loyal customer who had never been late on my payments and had always paid on time I did not qualify for a personal loan because I don't have direct deposit. I will not be going back to this company for a loan in the future. I am very disappointed considering I was a loyal customer. I would not recommend them. The lady at the front desk is also very very rude.

I love this place.. back in 2010 i asked for a loan with the title of my car. They gave me top value and the interest was better than payday loans. I have gotten 4 different loans since. Stacy has always been kind and willing to get me in about 15 mins or less. They know me and are always willing to work with my situations. I couple of times i have had a hard time with payments going through, stacy has been very nice to help with making payments. I have always paid off my loans and so for the next loan the interest rate is lowered. I have used payday loans both physical buikdings and on line and Loans for less has been the best by far!!!. Oh i forgot.. i have been able to pick my day that they withdraw the funds and i have it split twice a month and that works with my paydays. It also helps that i pay a little more but half each payday and this pays the loan down faster.

I originally signed up with another company when I was forced to take out a loan or be rendered homeless with my children, fresh out of school and unemployed. Thank goodness they returned my call! This company goes above and beyond the call of duty to not only ensure you get the most for your money, but they understand and treat you as a human being, not a resource. Wouldn't it be something if all companies did that?

I was so freaked out to do a title loan, I put it off till the last minute!! After dealing with Loans for Less, I wish I would have done it sooner! They were awesome to deal with and their rates were 3 times lower than anyone else! Highly recommend them!!
