With me doing title loans for awhile, I was devastated about the new rules. But the employee wouldn’t take “NO”, for a answer. She managed to shed some light in my dark space. Thanks to her I’m able to provide for my children. Thank you, you’ve made my day so much better.

I've been going here for a little while now, never had any problems. The employees are always so nice, too!

I've been going there for a while now and usually go in at the first of the month and it's always packed. And all they had were chairs with arms on them and I'm a big guy and they got some great armless chairs!! They went above and beyond to help me be comfortable!!! And all the ladies are always very kind and knowledgeable about the loans!! Thank you Approved Cash!!

It took a very long time (about 45 min.) to finally be helped by an employee, with only 2 people ahead of me. However, I believe they’ve hired an additional employee now, so the wait time should be less/experience improved going forward.

The office staff didn'td seem to care about any issues you may have. Friend of mine had issues come up and told them about it, they told her she could double up a payment because she didn't have it at the moment. Woke up and her car was gone. Great customer service......I think not.

They are no assistance, I had mailed in a payment due to needing to go out of state because my mom and grandma were both in hospital, wasn't expecting to have one possibly both survive; but I mailed in my payment. Never got a call saying they received it; never got notification from them at all about anythjng. Got back and then the next morning when I woke up my car was gone! I called the cops made a report and nothing was in their system which is legally what the tow companies are required to do in Oklahoma. Finally I did call and found out it was approved cash, and it took me to almost get a court order to find out where my car was or which company had towed it. Then the tow company told me that the property that was in my car (of which total value was around $12,000 because all my jewelry and my laptop, and tablet, along with my kids DVD players were in the car; ) had been taken out and put into boxes because by law they had to do that. Yet then tried to say anything in my trunk didn't go into boxes because they couldn't pop my trunk?? Really!!???!!! So not thinking they were thieves I at face value left with my car, upon emptying the boxes and my car realized all that was missing or damaged due to their actions. Yet because I drove off with my vehicle I was unable to file a complaint or even pursue compensation. Also, the payment that was said to never had been received, after paying off the loan and the 775 to get my car out, I called to tell them how the company they employ was acting and the lady said oh, glad u called we owe u money... $117 which was the same amount as the supposed payment they never received and put my car for towing over.

Quick and easy loan. However, the new staff could use a brush up on customer service skills. Greet your customer and always smile and make eye contact.

Terrible I paid off my balance and these clowns stated I owed more after I paid in full and they gave me a receipt, if you value your car and money stay away from them

DO NOT GO HERE. They towed our truck over $7 from late fees that we had NO idea about. We have been in the office on numerous occasions and not ONE person told us we had any late fees. We have been loyal customers for over a year now and have NEVER, NOT ONCE, skipped our monthly payment. When we spoke to the head manager he stated that "we're just here to make money" to my husband. We never do loans like this but I got laid off unexpectedly and had no choice. They told us we had 10 days to pay $760 or our truck would be auctioned off. We then called all weekend to find out where our truck was and no one answered our calls, at numerous locations. First thing Monday we paid off our debt in hopes to receive our truck back but the repossessions office stated that they had to "send an email" to the loan office. 2 hours later with receipt in hand they failed to give us our truck back which will be racking up another $30 in storage fees. But they know what they are doing. I will have the authorities involved first thing tomorrow if I do not rightfully receive my property back and already have 2 news stations investigating. One EMPLOYEE even told my husband that they towed someone's vehicle over 38 cents. Oh, and did I mention my heart medicine is inside our truck? But as the manager said, "sorry, it's policy" Consider yourself warned!!! There are other options. Do not go here!!!!!!!!!
