      I came in to the Douglass location in a crunch, I was super stressed out ! Jennifer, very professional, understanding, helpful, and just an all around amazing person assisted me! I was able to get the help I needed in the moment that I needed it ! I would definitely recommend her to anyone !!!! My friends and family too!!!       I had an issue with my insight card being lost and needing a replacement issued. Eileen the cashier literally saved me by calling customer service and making sure that my new card would be attached to my existing acct. My direct deposit will go in my acct in 2 days. If she hadn't called and made sure I was taken care of it would've been 7-10 days before I could access any funds! I truly appreciate how she worked with me and made sure I didn't get screwed by insight! THANKS EILEEN!!! YOUR THE BEST!!!!

      I have used Checksmart in Lees Summit numerous times. They are always very professional and courteous. The location is always and in order. I would suggest if you have not been to this location before to go during non peak hours as it takes a little bit to get your information all set for future transactions.
