I call many times and was asked to wait on hold so fast I can't respond before I'm placed on hold. then left on hold for over 30 min multiple time

Approved for money I never received. Kim (a rep) he was very rude. Never got to speak with management when I asked to be transferred. Got the run around for 4 hours.

The Manager"s name was Kaitlyyn offered me amazing Customer Service. She was extremely thorough and was able to answer all of my questions. Great people and professional Customer Service. Thank you so much Kaitlyyn. Nghia Nguyen

The lady I spoke to was respectful. But she just seemed like she didn’t want to work. The open sign was not on. And she did not even try to see if I could get a loan she just said that my bank account and 5 pay stubs were not enough to get a loan. Nice clean place but this one worker in particular just seemed lazy. I wish I could have had a better experience.

This place is great! I highly recommend the ladies Jasmine and Kaitlynn they are so friendly and answer any Questions you have for them without hesitation I highly recommend cashing checks or even getting cash loans with this location. Thank you guys for your amazing customer service 10/10

I've been a customer of lendnation for a little over a year!!! I absolutely love this place. I love the girls and how professional they are. Kaitlynn goes above and beyond to help and if she's un able she will offer other suggestions. This is also the best location. I have visited other locations and never get the customer service that I do here.

I have been using Lend Nation for a while now when money runs tight. I continue to return because their process is so quick and easy as well as they have the lowest finance charges ive seen for these types of loans. The people in the offices are always so helpful amd courteous! Oh and its so convenient that I can do it all over the phone now that I am set up! Thanks Lend Nation!

The customer service here is top notch!!! The manager, Kaitlynn Berry, is very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, makes the process to get a loan seamless and easy. Highly recommend!

The ladies who operate this place are awesome! They were just as polite and respectful as they were friendly and courteous. It's my opinion the two employees I speak of should teach present and future representatives in their style of operation. I have referred many of my friends and family about this particular location and I will continue to refer long after my business has concluded with this very low interest loan I have.
