The application process was very fast and easy but it helps when you have the great experience in customer service helping you through it. We went in the very next day and was also welcomed by everyone. Very friendly/family oriented environment. We wasn't there for no more than 30 minutes to sign paper work, everything else I was able to handle over the phone. I have no complaints

Tracy Garrett5Everyone was super helpful and friendly. And they all treated me like a respected person and didn't just want to rush me or brush me off like most loan places. Hands down one of the friendliest staffs I have ever been in contact with. Natasha was super helpful and an excellent at helping me and my mom through the whole process. But the rest of the staff were also very friendly and kind would highly recommend any of them.
