I am renting it to a friend to help him and trying to consolidate debt but there's nothing they can do.. very disappointed that now I ran my credit for no reason and went through weeks of trying to get ahold of them.

Careful financing with LendMark. They charge all the interest up front and then repay you unearned interest after you pay off your balance. That translates into you have to front the cash to pay them money they didn't earn before they turn around and cut you a refund check at their leisure. That is already shady enough that I will avoid them in the future, but to make maters worse, they follow the rule of 78 instead of simple interest. That is just a financing scheme to get most of the interest charges up front to squeeze every penny they can out of people that like to pay off loans early. If I had seen the full terms and not just the APR, I would have never agreed to use my contractor's financing option (LendMark).
