There are multiple times in a day that people, customers walk in to my place of business pulling me from work and creating more work for me, I pray that I never come off like Tonia came off. She clearly had a preconceived impression of what I needed and had already decided that I did not have what was required. It had been 6 months or more that her and I emailed about this so I can not expect her to remember. Her attitude and talking with her hands were to much. 27 years ago when I entered the job force I was told the most important customer was the one standing in front of you, not the one on the phone, not what was on your desk, but the one in front of you. Guess not a thing anymore.
