Stay away. Quick taking fees, not responsive when they have to fix something. Tried to reach out to Rich Miehl numerous times - responded with one word to my email and when I try to reach him on the phone he simply hang up on me. His office personnel was more polite, however they keep transferring me and then the call just conveniently drops.

I recently went through a transaction with Marleny Martin from Lawyer's Title Company and it was a horrible experience. An escrow company should be the middleman but it sure seemed like she was one sided. The experience made me feel that it involved an inside job were my $50k deposit was at risk . Don’t go with this company or Markeny Martin. I wonder how many people have list their deposits under her oversight.
