Lawyers Title Main St, Snowflake

Awesome professionals. Our second time using them.

We are selling our house with no idea where to start. We were directed to lawyers title and the ladies were able to help us get the process started and tell us what we need to do. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. 👌

Overall a bad experience. They did not follow through or respond. We were supposed to pick up our check, verified that 3 times. They mailed it. Hopefully it doesn't get lost in the mail.

I have been more than satisfied with the service received from Morgan - She and her team have gone out of their way to help explain our somewhat complex transactions and we've never left without being completely happy. You will be happy you worked with Morgan, she is a Pro!

Julianne in the front office is personable and friendly. Good at remembering. Lissa and Morgan are also very pleasant and knowledgable. Thank you for all your help.

Do not use this company they have no clue what they're doing they are extremely rude to you they are misleading they send you a total on everything for your closing cost and then add money onto it without notifying you so your signature package shows up and it's not what you had agreed to Morgan and her assistant are not very nice people at all extremely rude and they do Shady business do not trust them go elsewhere

Slow moving and not very good at giving direct answers.

Working with this Lawyers Title staff is always a pleasure.
