      Lawyers Land &Title Services is an excellent title company to work with. We just did our refinancing with them and the process was very smooth and straightforward considering this was our 1st ever VIRTUAL Closing. Katie was awesome! She was well prepared to walk us through each page via Webcam and all our questions were always answered promptly and any issues or concerns were always addressed. Communication was exceptional! Lender made a small mistake on couple of their pages, Katie drove to our house the same day to get that fixedup instead of making us go to office during these COVID-19 Mess.
