ssantiono17212When we called for information on purchasing an investment property or obtaining a HELOC, we found out that Launch FCU required too much down! SCCU (Space Coast Credit Union) is half of what Launch FCU requires down. Launch FCU was 30% down and SCCU is 15%. I like Launch, but they are not very good when it comes to lending to long term, good standing customers. Hopefully one day their rates can be more competitive. Until then, SCCU as both of our vehicle loans and now our mortgage. Because SCCU has our loans now, we will also be moving all of our accounts to them. SCCU will become our primary financial institution. - Thank you.

Stephanie S5It seems to me the negative reviews involve uncommon situations, because I've never had an issue with online banking, or anything with this credit union. I've only had a good experience.

Marti Payne1HAVING NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH LAUNCH. THE ONLINE BANKING LOCKS YOU OUT CONSTANTLY. THEN YOU CANT GET HOLD OF A REAL PERSON FOR DAYS..AND NEVER ON WEEKENDS! LAST WEEK I CALLED TO FIGURE OUT WHY THE ACCOUNT WAS LOCKED OUT AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THEY HAD TO SOEAK TO MY HUSBAND TO GET PERMISSION TO SOEAK TO ME...ON OUR JOINT ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!! SO ANGRY!
