Just had to put in a good word for this Title company. They were very courteous and held me by the hand during the process which is exactly what I needed with something as daunting as selling a home by owner; unlike the title company I originally went for (Neel). I had a very bad experience with this company. Deceitful, dishonest, very smooth, will take your money if you decide not to buy the property. They are biased towards the seller. Will scam you if they can. Run from them I am having to file a formal complaint against them just to get my refund.
