Im not sure what branch handles the calls, but i financed a truck back in june it has been nothing but problems since. I took me 6 months to get my insurance approved with them guys when i had full coverage before i even walked off the lot. They were gonna charge me a additional 3500saying that they would supply the insurance when i had it the hole time. Then it took another probably 45 days for them to take the 3500 off my account. They were sending me bills saying my account wasnt paid cause of the additional money. Then with payments they origlet me use my debit card which never had a problem then 1 time made me use my bank account and somehow they didnt process it right and made me 10 days late on payment vause i had to pay with debit card. Now ive been trying to pay the last 3 days and every time it goes to a busy signal. . Evey time i call i sit on hold for 30 mins pkus. By far the worst custome service ive ever experienced anywhere. I always pay on time never late. Its ridiculous

I had a great experience with Greg and getting a heloc. I have been switching my banking to them for my other needs. I had an issue with timing on an overdraft and their customer service was able to resolve it. I also recommended them to 2 Co workers one of which just got a loan today from them.

First off Greg Johnson was great. He was polite, professional, prompt. He was and is down to Earth. He took the time to talk to me and I never felt rushed at any point. All of the negative reviews on here are most likely from people who were already broke and disrespectful to begin with. Pretty much getting denied for a loan is what prompts poor reviews. Great job Greg Johnson.

I have a car loan through Landmark Credit Union. I asked if I could defer my loan for 3 months and stop the payments. It's covid, and I'm missing out on income to pay rent! They have taken out money the last 2 pay periods AFTER I called and complained that I already asked them to stop it. They are the worst bank I have ever had a loan through. If you need an auto-loan, don't waste your time with them. Bring your business to Summit Credit Union, they're patient and easier to work with in these hard times.

Ok, so they gave me a loan, but other than that their service is beyond terrible. Having to wait 101 min on hold, then transfer me only to hear a new message that says, your wait time is 57 min...2 hours to get a mortgage question answered. Need I say more.-PS I tried calling my mortgage consultant directly--she left the company, tried her cell, she called me back within 10 min. Is it possible all the good ones are leaving?

I tried to pay off the remainder of my car loan, but apparently cannot do it online. I called and was told that I would either have to mail it in, pay over the phone, or drive down to my local branch. I was told mailing it in may not pay it off as additional interest may be accrued in the meantime and that paying over the phone would incur a $10 charge. This leaves driving in (to a branch that closes at 4:30 pm) the only option where they don't needlessly charge you extra money. How can it be so difficult to pay off the loan online that it's not offered?

I had a dealer set up a small auto loan here just out of convenience. Since then dealing with Landmark has been anything but convenient. They do everything from open extra accounts with the loan to try and automatically place insurance on your vehicle with no correspondence in between. This isn’t even technically my branch because they determined to make my home branch 2 hours away instead of 10 minutes. This has been as much work as my mortgage for a loan 1/30th the size.

Absolutely horrible I have called 3 times to get them to email me my pay off for my car loan and every time they say they are going to send it but I never receive it. This last time they said they were going to mail it but I am still waiting on it. It is hard to stop and get one in person when the branches close at 4:30. I don't recommend them they have the worst customer service reps on the phone. You would think if someone told you they have called three times and still haven't gotten the documents you would help them.

I have had a car loan with Landmark before and recently took another loan with them for a new car. I made an initial car payment on my loan, but missed the following payment by a week due to an error in the auto-pay set up I did online. I was suggested by a phone operator to come in to my local branch to make the missed payment and set up auto pay on my loan again- easy, right? I explained my situation to the teller working who seemed almost scared of my question, but insisted that I did not need to see a banker and that she could help me. Sadly, she was out of tune with anything relating to online banking, saw I had made a payment already and told me she had no idea how I did that. She seemed flustered and clueless. She ended up telling me to come back with a blank check from my bank (which would take a week to mail out) as well as a form from them about authorizing a payment from another account - something I had not had to do with them in the past. She gave me no ultimatums and was not interested on helping me any further past that. The conversation remained pleasant but I could tell she really wasn't motivated to help me. I told her I would go home and try to figure it out myself and she was very quick to smile and say "bye". I had no problems setting up my automatic payments from my browser when I got home and tried again. Maybe this is on me for not trying to fix my own problem first, but I feel like this branch could of done something more than turn me away. 30 minutes of my afternoon wasted. I got home and set up my auto pay with no stipulations - something I find very hard to believe that she couldn't do. I feel like I had to do her job for her. Won't be stopping back in unless I have to.

I was interested in getting a used car loan through Landmark and spoke with Greg Johnson on the phone. It was a terrible experience. Greg was extremely condescending for the entirety of the conversation. I would not recommend working with him. He lectured me on information I repeatedly told him that I already knew and would not listen to anything I had to said. Good thing I got a better rate elsewhere.
