Papa Victor1Most services are very good except the phone system. You are constantly stuck in a loop with the automated system. You can't talk to a LIVE person. Very frustrating

Tammy Liles1I deferred one payment and have been harassed by them ever sence as having a missed payment.. The worst I have ever seen. I owe less than a thousand dollars and will pay that off next month and they still send me nasty letters, trying to steal my car . I am tempted to sue them for the harassment. Don't go there for any loan.

Lynn Jenkins1The online tool is not an advantage. I have been waiting in my car for 40 minutes and still have 6 people in front of me. This is my second attempt today to make a withdrawal over the atm limit. I am very disappointed in this service.
