Joe Calderon5The staff here is amazing. Michelle, Jazmine, and Jackie are a true asset to this company. Jackie Jacobo has helped me a lot there, she helped me open my checking and savings account along with getting a really good credit card, my motorcycle loan, and helped me with a personal loan too. She has always gone above and beyond for me! Thank you KCT for everything you have done for me.

Juan Perez5I've been a KCT member for a little longer than a year. The staff is friendly and very helpfull. Recently, I was struggling to pay for college but I was able to get approved even with a low credit score. Katherine Najera helped me along the way. She went out of her way to help me, always returned my calls, was very friendly and gave me advice on ways to better my credit score. Thank you KCT for helping me reach my goals!

anne fox111 years ago, I was a very successful online retailer My Mother lived in Chicago and banked with the KCTCU for 30 plus years as a teacher. I had an account since 1994. I used my credit union to purchase product. I paid it off every month About the time my Mom had a heart attack I have been diagnosed as auto immune from exposure to toxigenic mold in my home in CA. I went back to help my Mom and my business was struggling due to my health etc. I paid the min balance off every single month. Paid never late. Ever. Exemplary payment history but I could not pay it down, My Mother said I should call Craig, the president and see if he might help me with the nterest rate.. I told him my situation. He told me they would have to close my account but they would not put it on my credit and clse the debt. Last year in September my Mother who needed a heart valve went into hospice and died screaming of bedsores to the bone. In October my Brother and I, who also banked here went in to settle her estate and leave money in to pay the property taxes and any medical bills that might come in. They were extremely rude to me. Refuesed to speak to me directly and told us it was because my Brother was the power of attorney . When my Mom died there was no power of attorney. Before she died, I had called to see if I still had an account and they told me her balance in our beneficiary account. This is illegal, but based on how the mafia I mean the KCTCU operates, as they told us and our estate attorney, they are above the law and can do as they please. That night my brother calls me and wants to know what loan I had that they took 10,400 dollars out of the account. They came back saying that when my Mother died, they had the right to take this money. Our attorney sent them a letter regarding federal law and statute of limitations for a collection, They went into my credit report and changed the date of closed never late credit card account and put charge off debt delinquent, loan closed changed from may 2008 to June 2010 that was 5 days after our Estate attorney sent them a letter. Dropped my credit score over night 100 pts. During this time I have survived the Thomas fire, and am getting chemo shots in my eyes and trying to grieve. When I disputed it with the reporting angencies they went back in yet again and changed it to 2018. These thugs are just that. A woman in IL who is a close friend and does credit repair told me this is just straight up malicious. She told me she would never use a credit union and warning all her clients as well. Mike Lee the CEO never reached out or responded. They lawyered up and said they are a credit union and above the law. Sorry for your loss was never uttered. Instead they continue to maliciously percesute me and escalate. If you think this is a kind small town “non profit” you should check out what their net worth is and run like hell to a FCIC insured Bank. They operate however they like and If you have a problem and you are not 2500 miles away getting chemo you can sue them. Otherwise you can go pound sand. Had I known that this debt was going to still be mine 11 years later I would had paid this off a long time ago. Changing the credit information to screw me while treating with chemo 6 weeks after my Mother died and banked there for a long time is filthy. Despicable. Illegal. Any follow up comments will be ignored and be deemed as a lie. They are super good at lying.

Megan Hays1I had inquired about a part time position and spoke with Karen on the phone. The first time we spoke she was very friendly and said she would call me back. I followed up a few days later because I never received a call and she acted like I wasn't worth her time and spoke with the rudest tone. Definitely would not recommend for my friends or family to go here.
Response from the ownerMegan, it's disappointing to hear you feel this way, as it does not align with our commitment here at KCT. We'd be grateful for the opportunity to discuss this further with you. Thank you.

Jacob Mackender5This bank has been amazing to me all my life. First and possibly only bank I will use due to how helpful and trustworthy it is. Both Roberto Morales and Rebecca Lang are amazing at their job and truly help when it counts. Highly recommend this bank.
