      They dropped my account saying it was overdrawn. I had never overdrawn and was confirmed when I called to figure out why. I also had money in the bank. With no warning, phone call, or letter, they closed my account and sent all of my funds via check, to a wrong address. I called to ask how it happened. They never came up with an answer and said they would call back with one. They never did. This has caused me to be late on rent and pay a fee. So now I'm paying for other people's mistakes. Very disappointed and slightly upset.

      If you're looking to finance a home, or do your banking with a transparent, honest, hard working institution, Johnson Bank in Hayward is the place to go. I have been working with Tera and had nothing but a completely pleasant experience.
