Jen was attentive, proactive and made me feel comfortable during the process. Jen helped me to purchase my first home in 2018. Jen is like a one stop shop. As a first time home buyer I wasn't sure of many things or where to go for required services such as home inspection, warranty, insurance (flood and home) and she had the answer for each one. Most importantly, everything was set up by her team and all I had to do was fit it into my schedule. When I later sold my home, again she made the process easier than I expected. I was petrified when I had to organize to resolve issues raised by the home inspector, but Jen was there to advise of contractors and the best way to resolve issues. As long as I am buying and selling in BR, Jen is stuck with me.

Jen has been my realtor for 3 transactions. I've bought and sold with her and literally no one else. Consider this. The last home I sold was from a buyer that lives in Texas. My house was in Baton Rouge, La. So the buyer had found our house because of Jen's listing. She then proceeded to give the buyer a face-time tour of the house and bought it... within 72 hours. This was a agent sale. 100%. As she typically does, she walked through my home and made recommendations as to what was needed to be done. We did everything she recommended. Everything. She's straight forward and honest with her feedback. When we were ready, she had her photographer come and take excellent and professional photos. When she posted the listing, it was detailed and still easy to read and on all the major real estate sites. Within hours we had 9 requests to view the home (too many to do in the first day). Jen was a great realtor to work with. She went above and beyond to help us as we shopped for a new home. We just happened upon her through a Zillow inquiry, but I am so happy and feel very lucky that she is the realtor that called me back. It is definitely a sellers market at this time, so when the perfect place came on the market, Jen went out of her way to face time me to show me the home while I was out of town on vacation. I will always call Jen with any realty needs that may arise in the future.

Jen was an absolutely amazing realtor and I could not be happier with my experience. I moved to Europe the day my house went on the market, so I was coordinating efforts from far away with a significant time difference. Jen went, in my opinion, well above and beyond the normal scope of her duties to give me the best experience possible. She was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire process, as well as quick and thorough in her responses. The thing that I appreciated the most was that she was very proactive in her approach and instructions, rather than waiting for something to happen. Not to downplay her ability to react to changing conditions because she was able to ¨roll with the punches¨ anytime something came up. I only gave her 5 stars simply because I can't give her a higher rating than that.

In the midst of a crazy market, we were beyond blessed to stumble upon Jen through Zillow. She happily helped us through our first home buying experience, one thing we really appreciated was she was incredibly honest and straightforward. My husband and I moved to Baton Rouge a year ago for work. We had no family or friends in the area and didn’t know much about the important things that really mattered to us like, great school districts, safe and kid friendly neighborhoods, nearby churches, etc. Jen not only helped us find a beautiful home, she also helped us with all of those other important aspects that really could be deal breakers for us. She is very easy and upfront to work with. She was extremely efficient and timely in getting back to us with all of the many updates in the home buying process and she was very thorough!
