I am a Retired Realtor(r) GRI. I held licenses in California and Arizona and did hundreds of transactions during my career and this is by far the worst title company I have ever done business with. They do not answer or return calls, or emails. My recommendation is to stay as far away from Inter-County Title Company as possible.
