      I had an interview with the Waynesville, MO branch on December 10, 2018. They told the group we would be contacted within the week. I called them over a week later where I was told they were still in the process and would get back to me soon. It is now February 2019 and no call. It is very unprofessional to have a 2-3hr interview with someone and never reach out to them. I'm glad I didn't end up working there because I can't help feel I dodged a bullet. If you take the time to interview someone, then you need to have the courtesy to give them a phone call.

      Went in today to open two accounts, one personal and one business, and was treated with such casual indifference that I just turned around and le ft. To make matters worse, I returned later to complete a shared branch withdrawal through the drive-thru, and again no sincerity or appreciation, and my cash through the tube without a word. They must all have been having a bad day, but it's a shame that it cost them a good business customer.

      I wish i could give this bank a star less then one, because it doesnt even deserve that. this bank has cost me hundreds if not thousands in hidden fees. they have refused to close my accounts after me requesting to resulting in me being charged overdraft fees for switching to a new bank. this bank does not support its military members in any way. stay far away

      After being a customer for years, getting and paying off several loans I recently moved out of state and requested that my accounts be locked as I was transferring banks to somewhere local. They failed to do so resulting in me having to pay hundreds of dollars for overdrawn transactions fee after I transferred my funds over to my new bank. They insisted there was nothing they could do. Place is a joke

      Only branch I've ever been to is Waynesville. Don't go in unless you have the rest of the day off. They're not in a hurry and don't really care how long you wait.

      I just wanted to drop a note about how helpful the manager at the Waynesville call-center, Stephany, was. (I hope I spelled her name correctly)! I recently ran into my first issue with this institution after years of business. I was initially very upset and frustrated, but her commitment to remedying my situation helped save my attitude towards Infuze. Stephany was empathetic and worked on fixing my problem immediately, and she deserves recognition for it.
