      I got a call from their fraud Dept this weekend telling me someone tried taking my money out of an atm in Davenport. Luckily it was declined. The fraud Dept cancelled my card and given the holiday weekend I couldn't go into the bank until Tuesday for a new card. Which was fine I understood, it was inconvenient I couldn't have access to my money for a couple days, but I understood. I made plans to leave work to go to the bank and get a new card on Tuesday. I get to the bank the line was all the way outside the door. I wait in line for 30 minutes while only two tellers worked the counters. I get up to the counter get everything taken care of all they had to do was print my new card. The guy told me it would be 5 minutes. I wait another 10 minutes, still nothing. I learn the machine is now broke and hear another worker say they will look at it but they are too busy to do it now. Me, still waiting and now have been at the bank for 45 minutes get more frustrated when I hear this especially when I left work to do this. I understand things happen, but they just seemed like they didn't care to help. I had to get back to work and they told me they would call me once my card was ready today and I could come back and get it. Since I work for a living across town I couldn't come back today, but would figure it out. I go back to work frustrated since this was something that happened to me and something the bank should of been able to take care of and didn't now I'm inconvenienced even more. Another three hours go by still no call so I call them only to be told I will just have to wait till they get it fixed very rudely. Again, this was not my fault, someone else tried to take my money, the bank didn't have the working machine to print me out a new card I still don't have access to my account for bills, not to mention I have bills that come out automatically and if this isn't fixed I will get a late fee. Basically they told me they couldn't do anything for me. That is not an acceptable answer, I have been banking there for 11 years now and I couldn't believe this service. I was told the person that took my info would call I couldn't even get a courtesy call that they are working on the problem and will take care of it, I got NOTHING! If this was their money I bet you they would be on it. Horrible customer service.

      Now that the lobby is open. This is a lot easier place to go. I was really on the verge of leaving IHMVCU over that. It just made it so difficult for someone who has to make weekly trips to the bank. But it's open now and I always enjoy going in. The girls at the desk know who I am and have me pulled up in the computer usually before I even get to the desk. Really one of the better experience I had at a bank

      Certainly there has been hiccups with IHMVCU , during this pandemic.With that being said the benefits of being a member and the help I've received by IHMVCU by far out way any innocence I've ever gone through. Fyi to folks, if you see that their busy , how bout try checking back another time.

      Where the atm is out of order more than it’s in order, seems like every time I go to use the atm it’s constantly not working, iv been to other branch’s where they have new ones I mean come on already, I’m about to just say screw it and go back to Wells Fargo...

      I have tried calling and talking to someone anyone I select all the options and still never get anyone. It's say to press 1 and some one will call you back. I have call 3 times in 4 day never reached a real person or never got a call back (3 time )

      I absolutely love this credit union all the employees are wonderful they helped me more than anyone else I know if I have questions they will take care of anything

      How you gonna tell me, its gonna take 7 -10 business days to refund the money that you confirmed was stolen. IT WAS YOUR FAULT!! and now because of fees. I have nothing left to live on, to feed my kids with, or gas to go to work. Your security needs a SERIOUS overhaul!! I can easily take my money and run to another bank!! Fix your problems!!!!!!

      I called today about our loan. Travis at the Moline office answered my call. He was so nice!! His customer service skills are a 10+!! He took care of my question quickly and efficiently! You have a wonderful treasure in Travis!! He certainly provided diamond service!! In a day when people are in a hurry, this was outstanding. I felt compelled to write this because of his sincerity.       My credit card has gotten fraud on it 5 times in 2 or three years.... Their system isn't that secure.... Getting a new bank soon 🤬

      Asked for my social out loud and when i called worried they acted like it was no big deal. Someone can cause damage with that. Im considering going to another bank the way the Galesburg branch treats it customers.
