Particularly Vassily, he has taken the concept of customer service to the highest level and gone beyond what I would expect. Erica Lerma1My boyfriend went to this bank to deposit money in my parents account while we didn’t have the account number we could verify all pertinent info. This bank refused us as “policy”. This branch could use a hard review on one fit “policy” if they CARE about people like they say they do. Chris branch manager hung up on me when I called in. Tiffany the service manager was who my boyfriend was dealing with. I called back and spoke to Crystal who was not sympathetic at all. People aren’t policy and you can do better as a company. I have also opened a complaint in consumer affairs. Two other branches have allowed us to deposit money. I have never heard of a bank refusing money!

Matthew Molzan5Great place. This is the best branch of arguably the best bank in town. Colleen and Karen have been there for a long time and know everything about me. It's nice to have familiar faces stay in an era where employee turnover is constant and it makes it easy to provide good service when you know the people you are serving. Rob has done everything from my mortgage and investments, to my checking and insurance. I can't recommend them enough.

Rene Leroy1Worst Bank Ive ever dealt with. Both personal and business . Just tried to get coins for my business and the lobby is closed and then wait in a long line for the drive through teller and told I have to make an appt to come in to get coins. Seriously? I have to make an appointment to get change ?!?!? I need coins now, not tomorrow or the next day. I will be closing my accounts after this. They are the only bank doing this .

pj beckman5I was so blown away when I went into this bank. Everyone spoke to me, I was waiting to open a new account and one of the gal's offered to get me coffee. The manager was so kind and knowledgeable, I ended up opening 2 accounts. I have never felt so special at a bank before. I am so glad my friend recommended this bank. :)

Nareshh Kumar2I had to go in twice yesterday as the new checking account requirements were not clearly mentioned in their website. For a non-resident they need passport, visa and home rental agreement( thought they didn't look at it when I brought it second time.) It's a small facility get crowded very easily.
