Homeland Title is the absolute best place to close on your home! The facilities are gorgeous. The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Everytime we come in we are greeted with a smile! There have been no errors in the paperwork and they make signing easy! They also give title insurance to insure you get what your paying for. If you have a choice you should chose Homeland Title for all your real-estate purchases or sales!

Just closed on my house yesterday and Victoria and team did an outstanding job! It was quick and easy. Everything was explained thoroughly, and all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend this place for closing on your new home.

One thing after another after another. I’ve had a number of issues while the communication is sub-par. They haven’t caused all the issues (there are other parties involved that have screwed a couple things up too) but they keep giving me dates that are so incorrect. If they say tomorrow, give it 5 business days, at least. Will definitely edit the review if my experience changes.

Matt the escrow officer is very professional and detail oriented, he was also very helpful to me. I would gladly recommend working with Homeland title to anyone interested.

I have never had a more unpleasant closing experience. While receptionist and Jeanna were pleasant the closing agent Judy and the process was horrible. Lack of communication, never received final closing docs, my client’s home warranty was never ordered and even though they confirmed they had our wiring instructions, they sent our commission via snail mail. I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.
