BG III1Heights has certainly changed. Theyre highly unprofessional, irresponsible & frivolous. Sadly, It is not the kind of place I trust doing business with at all. After applying, I called to see what the next steps were, if approved. Angie confirmed receipt of thie application, said she’d call the following morning. That was 11 days ago. No call, no mail, nothing. I finally applied to another local lender, and got approved in a day, and picked up my check. Upon applying, the other company called me.

Kaci S2I had no problems with Heights Finance Corporation until I had problems with a furniture company (Right Price Furniture in Gallatin, TN). When I was explaining that the owner of said company agreed to give the money back to them and I that I had recorded the conversation between the furniture company and myself, just like I was recording this conversation, immediately I was told that this conversation was ended and she hung the phone up on me. Now in my experience, the only type of companies that don't like being recorded is shady ones. It makes one wonder what are they hiding? Why do they not like being recorded?

Caetlin Mangan1I have been a customer for a year and have only missed one payment when I was having surgery. I pay well over the minimum every single month. I have recently come under some hard times with medical bills, and my credit score has suffered. I called to see if it would be possible to get a loan for my upcoming wedding without another hard pull on my credit, considering my excellent payment history. The manager I spoke with, Roger or Robert, said that wouldn't be possible because of bank rules and that he was sorry there was "nothing he could do." I asked even with my payment history they couldn't even give me the benefit of the doubt? He said, "no." My question is: what do you have to do to be treated well? They claim to pride themselves on 5 star customer service? You think being in this profession you would have learned how to tell vulnerable people difficult things. I hope someone shows you more grace and compassion in your hour of need than you showed me, Roger. It won't be difficult to do.

Merinda Anthony1Horrible company whether your approved or not. Store manager and staff unprofessional. They rush you out the door. Office smells like mold. Store manager harrass customer to take optional insurance until she said yes. They insist they called and left messages but you have caller ID and voicemail to prove they didn't. Awful experience. Training is mandatory!!!! If not, then new management and employees. Sure hope they don't use personal information unlawfully!!!!!

Jennifer Compton15 year customer now. I get a loan every year for christmas for $500. Haven't had a single problem until this last year. Went in on a Saturday to do loan paperwork. Angie was my rep and she took it upon herself to include whatever bs fees and insurances she felt necessary. Luckily I caught it before officially signing. Decided to begin recording her and I. Told her to take ALL insurances off and she got an attitude and acted like it was an inconvenience to reprint my paperwork. She reprints and comes back and says everything was taken off. (this is all on recording) Payment went down from 92 to 75... so I trusted that she did was I told her to do. Left without a single copy of my paperwork which is usually offered to me. A week later I get auto and life insurance cards so I called and SNAPPED. Loretta proceeds to tell me that I signed a CHECK and "whats done cannot be undone." Told her I have Angie on recording assuring me all insurances were taken off. She tells me this is illegal lol. TN is a one consent state, which means as long as ONE person being recorded is aware of the recording, it is legal. Now if I were recording Angie and Loretta and I was not included in the conversation, this would be illegal so clearly she has no idea about that either. Got all the way to GM John Baker who on first call told me I could get my entire loan redone correctly then on second call he denied he said this and my only options were to cancel insurance and keep check they sent back or use that check to simply make a payment on my loan. 360 dollars might I add to my $500 loan. Thats 18 dollars more a month. Do not go here. I have gotten an attorney and am proceding to sue them for not disclosing information to their customers and lying to their customers faces. Former employee tells me the employees are "encouraged" to sneak insurances on loans. NO THANKS. See you in court! :)

Terry Griffon1Got a $4,000 loan said sign here, here, here i asked them if the loan could be paid off early they said yes. I paid on the loan for 2 months $500 each month. Went to pay off loan today and they said payoff was $4,100. So basically i threw $1,000 down the drain. Not a dollar went to principal. Do not get a loan here they explain nothing. Who ever heard of getting a loan and nothing goes to principal.
