Greyson Noble1happy State Bank was way better before they merged. I am considering changing, it seems they have gotten horrible teller's now. Before everyone was nice and fast. Now they're old and cranky. Edit - it's worse than I thought, all they do is copy and paste a corporate reply to you when you review. Really feel special. Will be changing banks.

Coming to this bank has not one ever triggered an episode. Truly professional and kind service. Thank you so much for making my banking needs an easy and pleasant experience. Edit- I take it back. It is easier to make a customer look like he's trying to commit fraud over a simple mistake. Just another business covering their liability by making it the customers problem

Me W5This is a beautiful bank, and the staff is competent and helpful. I particularly recommend Annabelle if you need some kind of specialized assistance. She is kind, knowledgeable and professional.

Guy Taber1Now it’s a second time around that I can’t access my account money or get money transferred! I use this account to get money transferred for my business and store business money! Here we are on a Sunday and I can’t make any money ! Why because it won’t let me log into the app and set up a money transfer ! I’m going down Tuesday and closing my account. I’m sick I mean sick of happy state bank!

I usually have a good experience with her but I asked if their hours would be different at all because tomorrow is the 4th of July and she wasn’t very nice with her response. It was just a simple question so I’m not sure why I got the response that was given.
