Lots of typos and mistakes in their documents that I had to correct. Be sure to read through everything very, very thoroughly multiple times. We bought a house and used them and they were missing items that were agreed upon by seller and us for us to keep from the house and what not to keep. Addresses and zip codes were wrong, dates wrong, names were spelt wrong, etc. It added a lot of unnecessary stress.

We were recommended, and then purchased our home ("For Sale By Owner"), through Hansen Title - and we were glad we did. They were thorough and they took the guesswork and suspense out of the whole process. We will be going back. We highly recommend Hansen!
