I am first time home buyer. I choose hall financial as my agent suggested thinking the buying process will be smoother. But I got clear to close the home without CO. The original loan estimate expired in 30 days and was asked to pay some amount to keep existing rate. I have tried to reach twice to address these concerns but they never called back.

The entire team at Hall was amazing. Tara was absolutely fabulous with the communication and there was very little we had to do on our end. She handled everything and made sure we knew what as happening every step of the way. Thank you for helping make our dreams come true!
