As a real estate agent and broker owner I have used more than my fair share of title companies and after finding closing and title services a few years ago I have been nothing but pleased. I always give my clients a few options to choose from but I do my due diligence and explain the pros and cons of each place. We paid extra to have them ensure that the money was wired to the bank for the closing on our next home. After several days it still hadn't been done. We had to call, have them look into it, and fix it. Pretty sure I shouldn't have to call and check up on you to make sure you do your job right. And if I do, then maybe a refund is in order. 😡

This title company and staff set the bar in which all are likely to be measured...They are by and far superior to any title company in the Fox Cities and it's not even close...It is so much more of an experience of celebration and very cheerful personalities.
