      Got my mortgage through these folks and I've had nothing but good experiences. I'm happy I didn't go with a normal lender and decided to go with a small bank instead. The website could use some updates and features, but it's not worth deducting from their performance for that.

      I have ask on several Occasions to have them send me documents to Sign.. So I can have my mortgage deducted from my account.. They don’t send me anything.. They make sure they charge me for using my account thou.. Unreal

      Rude and lazy staff and an awful bank. A $3000 deposit literally disappeared from my account overnight without a trace after previously reflecting in my account and the girl refused to help me. This is completely unacceptable.

      Be careful. If you overdraft they will return it in less than 24 hours and charge you the nsf fee.

      What is the point of having a bank if they cannot provide a service? Needed a bank certified check for closing on a house The teller told me that the name that I wanted on the check was too long . So I had to withdraw my money and go to the other bank I bank , First Midwest Bank . They gave me the check right away. So what was Grundy banks problem . Guess I will close my Grundy bank account.

      I was in desperate need of change for my business and no banks had change in Morris to give me...well not Grundy County the drive up on Lisbon Rd was so generous those ladies were amazing and was willing to help me and gave me the change I needed Thank you ladies you Rock!!!!

      Horrible service. There app is never updated and its slow. Ur transactions will take 4 days to show up. Or doesnt show at all. Very disappointed bc my family goes there n i switched banks
