      When we refinanced our house through Wintrust we used Greater Illinois Title Company to sign the papers. We went to the Westchester location. We found the receptionist friendly and courteous and enjoyed some free coffee while we waited (we arrived early). The gentleman that assisted us was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. We probably won't be getting another home loan for quite some time, but I would certainly opt to use this title company again if we did.

      This is the worst experience I have ever had, period. I’ve been to other title companies and have never received the level of disrespect and complete lack of customer service. The woman who took care of me refused to acknowledge my presence at first, never used “please” or “thank you” and was overwhelmingly condescending. We do YOU the service of using your company! NOT the other way around. Avoid at all costs.
