What can I say? The place is clean. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful.

One of the worst experiences ever. Escrow officer rarely ever answers the phone, doesn't read email, and always too busy to finish tasks. Felt like they were doing us a favor to close this file. I had to find another office to close my buyer as they were just too busy to accommodate us. Multiple times asked for a SIMPLE request, final settlement statement, and just ignored. If you can't handle the volume turn it away or get contractors to help facilitate the demand instead of giving AWFUL SERVICE!

While I feel that all the Great American Title Closers & Offices are wonderful to work with, but Rebecca at the Oakridge location in the Woodlands is an absolute standout. She is always responsive, takes the time to explain things, and is hands down the best closer I've met. If you are looking for a great Title Company & Closer, I highly recommend contacting Rebecca & Team.

Some hiccups but overall the experience was good

Too bad they kept my money from the title because I didn't buy the house there was no purchase and they kept my money they don't want to segregate it
