      I wouldn't lease a big wheel with this company. Lease a Cruz and after an accident it was deemed a total loss. Welp these stupid facks just won't apply the check from my insurance company! My credit score is now suffering bc I refuse to continue paying on a junk yard car that YOU HAVE A CHECK FOR. Apply it and leave me alone. Never dealing with this lemonade stand again.

My son turned in his car and the over mileages and remaining payments was paid in full by the new car dealership and we have proof then all of a sudden we get hit on our credit bureau with $896.63 no letter explaining why we owe these charges called and spoke to 9 people with 9 different reasons with no proof called NUMEROUS times the reps was EXTREMELY RUDE and finally got a rep. named Keia who called me back and said "don't worry she went over the acct and I don't owe anything and that it was a error on their part and I would receive a zero balance letter." Waiting on the letter I called back and was told it was being worked on, Still no correspondence and still this balance on my credit report. Now i'm told that I don't owe the 896.63 it was waived. NOW I owe $369.06 because the car dealership didn't pay in full I went to the dealership and let them speak to Yet another unprofessional rude person who wouldn't let him speak to a supervisor so he can show them they paid what they was told and even more because GM Financial said it was more totaling $5995.46 she was rude to the Car Dealer and me left us with NO resolve as the others did, just telling us we owe and hung up. Im looking for their Corporate number (If anyone knows pls reply) and may take a flight and show up in person as well and SUE them for my flight and INCONVENIENCE as well as notify the MEDIA and Get LEGAL Representation. I am TOTALLY Convinced now that this is a SCAM after reading these reviews. And to think I was a long time loyal customer have brought several GM cars since the late 90"s I already disputed the credit and now reaching out to the BBB. Wish me luck.       I run a Travel Agency and for the past few weeks I have been getting customers from GM Financial calling my business. I have a Toll number also but it's not like the one people are quoting me which means that its being rolled over onto my number. Not only is it very annoying to me at my own place of business but many people are leaving me messages that will never get to this company!!!

      Hello my name is Maurice Rush and I'm paying a HUGE price for being unemployed due to COVID 19. My vehicle was considered a total loss back in April of 2020 and insurance paid most of the amount due and I was left with a balance of $571 which was supposed to be paid by GAP coverage but they took longer then normal to process the payment which in return made me late on a payment ("which I have NEVER BEEN LATE before!") And now not only did I lose my vehicle I also have to pay with my CREDIT REPORT and how it's "REPORTING " negative as a charge off and I was never late. Now since I lost my job I can't get financing from anyone due to this account showing and reporting negative information on me I've tried contacting I've tried disputes I've even gone as mush as trying to give my STIMULUS check for deletion of this account from my report but to no avail please if anyone in the CORPORATE OFFICE can just look into this would mean the world to me.. I actually paid it and was supposed to receive a letter from GM Financial but has yet to hear from anyone about this account since I paid it off in October 2020 please HELP!!!!!

      There is NO WAY that your hold time is 2 HOURS!!!!!!!! And then after waiting that long? What is it because the line just disconnects? I sent a request for someone to call me back because yesterday I waited for a collective of 4 hours calling on 3 different occasions. YOURE VOLUME IS NOT THAT BIG. What is going on? This is frustrating. Why hasn’t anyone called me back! And then I called the corporate office to tell get help because that I’ve been waiting for God knows how long and she transfers me to someone that put me back in the queue..... this is RIDICULOUS. I’m on hold on two different customer service lines... for why? Provide help to a customer that has pressing matter to resolve. I don’t understand. I just don’t. How is someone at the corporate office going to tell me that the customer service line provided on the website is not the correct information because they haven’t updated the system? Update it! Don’t tell me that just fix it. Can somebody reach out please? Who has time for this because I truly do not. I’m reading other people’s reviews and am noticing a lack of response on the negative reviews. Clearly y’all don’t care about the impression you’re making; has anyone ever heard back from management?

      Never had anything negative to say about them until now. I contacted them to apply an extra payment to my principal on 4/2/20. My principal balance is still the same as it was before they claimed to have applied the payment. Where is my money? This is ridiculous.

      I wish i have read these reviews prior to dealing with this company. Their customer service is horrible. The representatives are like robots just repeating themselves. When a call gets dropped they never call back so you have to call back, go thru 15 min of menu selections and again explain your your whole situation.

      Way to show you care for your employees. As we try to keep our kids safe you continue to keep your call centers open hence bringing the germs home to families. So your part and close your doors for 2 weeks you barely pay them anyway and you make plenty of money. To anyone reading this dont buy anything from these people who could care less about America or the people in it. And before you say your taking precautions please save it you have hundreds of people coming into an office daily a lysol wipe every day and putting someone in coughing distance not quite the answer
