      I work at a GMC dealership an I still get treated like a nobody. I finished my lease, turned in the vehicle they sent me a final bill I paid it. My credit shows a late payment because they sent another bill to the wrong address and I never got it. Then was told they wouldn't remove it even if I make the payment I new nothing about. Bad business I sit with customers everyday I will tell them to use a different lender.

      Paid off my loan in April and it’s now June. Still waiting on my title to come. Every time I call them on hold for 30-45 minutes. Just to be told any day I should be getting it! With each person I spoke to they tell me new information. But never can give me a date on it should be here..... You would think they would send it priority mail for you have to sign to get it.... Customer Service sucks!!!! -0 out of 10😠

      This company was extremely insensitive to the current economic crisis having the audacity to charge $114 for patrons seeking a deferment. Most all auto-financing companies are offering this service free of charge. It is criminal to charge this amount when the company is not losing any money. In fact, they are capitalizing on their customers hardships. I will be looking to refinance through a more reputable institution.

      Worst company ever !!!!! They don’t pay back YOUR money !!!! After month on the phone still no check!!!! This is a joke!! Paid off and gave back my car on 05/01/18, lease ended on 06/18/2018. Got a letter on 07/20/2018 with a refund amount and saying “Any refund owed to you will be mailed separately within 30 days of the date of this letter”... Guess what today’s date 09/22/18 nothing yet. Called them several times in the last 2 month, only to hear that that letter doesn’t mean anything and a supervisor will call. Of course no call...wonder what would happen if I owed them money and didn’t pay by the due date?

      Please avoid this company! They do not care about their customers. Predator Lender. Horrible customer service. I wanted to pay off car loan, transfer over to my credit union. GM wanted my bank to pay the purchasing price of 29k when first financed.... As if car the was brand new! Book value is 15K. Never again...will I make this mistake. Thieves

      Man these ppl are straight evil i was promised a time to make a payment by 3pm friday and my 8 month pregnant fiance and i was stranded in front of walmart !!!!! We was otw to our doctors appointment to check for complications for the baby and missed it !!!! She has been in pain and i dont have my car !! To get there !!! After i told her ill have the payments in the time was 12:44 i had until 3pm !!!!!! When i called back she knew that the car was towed away and still wanted to demand that i pay !! This has put my fiance and my baby in potential danger !!! And today i still dont know the where abouts of my car that has our baby purchased items in the car along with other expensive things in the car the number / and company provided , straight to voicemail no one is picking up to confirm locations totally unfair repo !!!!! I didnt have a chance to resolve the issue !!!! And i have the money poor customer service they break their necks and move moutains to get you into a car but become your worst enemy when it comes to payment and treat you like dirt !!!

      I serve my country for the past five years and I contacted GM financial so that they would back pay me and change my interest rate. The SCRA states that they must do so well I’ve been dealing with them for over a month and nothing has changed. My interest rate finally went down to 6% so they say but my overall payment and principal balance never went down. All I get is the run around every time I call. I will be taking this up with J.A.G and with my personal lawyer Legal Shield

      I would never use this company again. I will go to my bank and re finance I can`t get an account statement I have been asking for since last June. They do not send out the monthly statement on time anymore,because I think they like to rack up the daily interest. I like Chevrolet but because of the experience I have had with financing I will look at other options.
