Robert Broughton5I had to change my review of Glacier Bank from a 2 to a 5. After I posted my review, they contacted me and checked to see what could be done to make it better. I withheld updating my review until I could check it out over a period of time. It appears that they made good on their word to make it better as the service improved the last few times I have used that branch.. I feel confident in upgrading their review to a 5.

Royce LaFromboise1We went to the drive thru window to get change and was asked for an I.D. to get change if they had any suspicion of it being counterfeit wouldnt they just mark the bill to see if it's fake. And it being a car with natives I'm pretty sure that's why we were asked for an I.D.
