      Their website says they do residential property line surveying, but the receptionist says they don't... I wouldn't trust a business that doesn't keep their services up to date

      I have been "one of those customers" for the last few months. GA Land survey has been extremely fair and extremely fast to respond through multiple revisions and changes to a site plan. I cannot speak highly enough of Sara and Lisa (I have interacted with them the most). They are a "fire and forget" bunch meaning that if you ask something of them, they get it done quickly and without any worry! Great folks to deal with and well ran company it seems!

      Helpful, prompt and very fast service. Prices are right for the work done and Sara was amazingly responsive in getting everything done. I will be using them again without a doubt!

      5 stars is are not nearly enough! John not only had great customer service, he was very thorough! Have dealt with many surveyors over the years and he is the best by far! Will be sharing his contact information with our buyers/ sellers

      I have been working with Georgia Land for over 10 years and had been pleased with their level of service and expertise. They have been able to handle my boundary surveys for property purchasing to complicated site plans for new construction. They are knowledgeable with all aspects of a site plan from hydrology issues to tree ordinances to elevation details which is critical when building a new home or addition. Georgia Land goes above and beyond to deliver great service and a quality product.
