      My mother purchased a new 2018 Passat, right off the showroom floor. Ben and the sales team were outstanding. 3 years later she takes it in for an oil change and the service department took advantage of a senior citizen, and sold additional services to her. Once again, Gene Messer Auto Group is more concerned about making money than taking care of their customers. I would not recommend anyone doing business Gene Messer VW, driving to Amarillo would be a better decision.

      I went in to Gene Messer Kia to get my car serviced. Oil changed, tires rotated, fluids checked, breaks checked. In and out in under 30 minutes. All of this under 35 dollars. I find that hard to beat. Very satisfied and looking forward to my next service check.

      Always a great experience. My appointment was at 2pm and I was out by 2:35pm. A quick 10k mile service. Service advisor was polite and asked if I had any questions. I would highly recommend the service department in this dealership!

      If I could I wouldn't give this dealership any stars. In the last three weeks, I purchased a 2019 Ford Explorer Sport. It was backed into at the dealership by another customer. In the process of them "attempting" to fix the vehicle, they managed to short out several wires and electrical connections and could not get it fixed. So they gave us another 2019 Ford Explorer Sport, which managed to get stolen from their lot. Then they still could not get this one right. While all of these issues over a span of three weeks, we were never once offered a rental car. Not to mention this was to be our second car as we have only had one car for the past 3 years. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone.

      Great place to go and buy a car. Michael Bates, the salesmen, was awesome. He didn't bother us and left us alone while we was looking at the cars. When we went back to look again, he was there to answer our questions. When we decided to buy a used Kia Sorento, the sales manager, Shawn, got us a good deal. A couple of days after we signed the papers, he called us back in again and told us that he found us a better deal. The payments was lower and the interest rate was lower. I have never heard of a dealership do that before.

      Absolutely terrible customer service from Sheila, and this place is a scam! Don't buy any parts from this business, or do any business on fordpartsboss.com, they will scam you out of your money and cancel your order after they screw up. Haven't seen my refund yet!

      Had a terrible experience getting my vehicle repaired by Gene Messer. I had a broken tail light on my vehicle, and some body damage near the light. Shouldn't be that big a deal. It was supposed to take 10 days to fix. In the end it took a month. A day after I got my car back I even had to return because the tail light was out. Thats when someone finally apologized for their irresponsible approach.

      Paid to repair and repaint my vehicle. Got a 2 star at the best. Paint chipped within a month. No warranty was honored. And parts were second hand parts/ cheap. Overspray was ridiculously obvious and terrible. They could not even take responsibility they lost my keyfob.

      Gene messer is the worst place to get a car. They sold us a lemon and they knew it. We have already took it in 7 times to get it fix because they won't replace the transmission on it. They have the worst customer service that I have seen in years. When you buy a vehicle don't go to gene messer because they will screw you over.
