We had the best experience with purchasing our home from Garner Abstract! Their whole team is extremely efficient and helpful. As a first-time homebuyer we were very appreciative that they were always willing to explain things that we may not have fully understood - they always took plenty of time to make sure we felt comfortable and we never felt rushed out the door or like there wasn't time for us - although we are sure they are very busy folks! We heard complaints that buying a house was difficult in general - but we did not experience this at all!
