Michelle was the most helpful person with doing my loan she has great communication skill and great personality she was also very good at answering all my questions I had and would recommend her to all my friends and family and I will definitely doing more business with her in the future!! 😁

Michelle is the best loan officer I have ever dealt with, she is very helpful and always available. No other loan officer is willing to help after hours like her she makes herself available through social media which is very helpful, she is very nice and plesant and me and my family love working with Michelle, BEST LOAN OFFICER in the credit union.

This is one of the BEST places to bank! I've banked at a few other places in Worthington, and they have NOTHING on Fulda Area Credit Union. Their customer service is unbeatable, and their knowledge on the services they offer is unmatched.

I’ve called about 6 times now about a first time homebuyers loan and received no call back about ready to take business elsewhere…obviously you guys don’t care much about your customers or your business. Very disappointed do better!

Terrible customer service, literally no respect or any skills to be a customer care. I have been banking with couple of banks and never been treated like this ever (drive though). A little story behind the situation, my mom lost her visa card and when she got a new, she was given a number to call to get a pin #, but for some reason it could not process in their system and said to go to nearest branch. We did, and the customer representative asked us what was wrong and before I even try to explain her what was going on, her actual response was this “ok give me your card quickly” and walked away literally leaving with my words in my mouth. And the attitude was really rude. Honestly if she did that to us, I can’t imagine how she treats other customers. I will for sure encourage my mom to get a new bank to bank with.
