      Please note, Frontwave has attempted no communication as of February 7th, 2022. ************************************ I have been with Frontwave since 2014. When COVID hit, and my salary was cut, I endured financial hardship. Frontwave nickel and dimed me with courtesy pays ($20s) for each overdraft. Yes, this is voluntary. You can turn it off and endure the repeated $29 non-sufficient funds fee. They won't be able to tell you from what charge you are pelted with 4 or 5 of them from (in one morning). It took me a year to untether myself from Frontwave because it became a pit for my finances. They were making hundreds of dollars off of me a month. It ended up eating up my child support and Child Tax Credit, which was solely intended for my children's livelihood (not bankers). Customer service was always kind, management locked my account as to prevent anyone from helping me TOO much. Fees became irreversible. Conversations with management cold and unsympathetic. I am with another credit union now, but I read this and want to include it for people opening bank accounts: Bank of America is the latest major bank to reconsider its penalty system, as the industry as a whole has faced mounting pressure from lawmakers for the practice of charging such fines. In the past, financial institutions have raked in millions of dollars from such fees, and people who can least afford them can wind up paying more in overdraft fees than the amount that overdrew the account. "Over the last decade, we have made significant changes to our overdraft services and solutions, reducing clients' reliance on overdraft, and providing resources to help clients manage their deposit accounts and overall finances responsibly," Holly O'Neill, Bank of America's president of retail banking, said in a statement. The big picture: Ally Bank did away with its $25 overdraft fees entirely in June last year, and Capitol One did the same in December. Reconsider big banks as lawmakers fight for the middle and working class.

      While I am not a member, I often use this ATM to deposit/withdraw from my CU. The location is super nice and generally quiet. The ATM is very responsive and fast...I've noticed that most NCR ATMs like this one are much more speedy and overall high-tech over the Diebold ones like my CU has. If the rates, features were better I'd surely switch but until then I'll be a loyal FCU ATM user.

      Fantastic local credit union. Have NEVER had a problem here. Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Everyone that works here is friendly, intelligent, and truly love their jobs. Much better than the now closed Bank of America ... the result of poor service and rude employees.

      Absolutely excellent customer service! I appreciate the friendly, yet business-like communication from each staff member. The Branch Manager exudes warmth and professionalism and has really taken time in making phone calls, sending emails, requesting information, in order to assist us in the process of obtaining a home loan.       We’re from out of town and use a credit union in North Carolina, but had to get cashiers checks. Heather was super helpful and warm, and was thorough in checking the details on the cashier checks. Great customer service.

      This credit union is awesome. My whole family use them and and have never had extra fees or rude people. All of their employees are friendly and well informed. If they have a question or concern there is always a supervision available. Only bank I use for saving, checking and Visa. I love it and recommend their service to anyone. My grand kids were able to start their life skills as teenagers with small debit cards. (how wonderful is that). 5 stars for my friends at Pacific Marine Credit Union.

      This bank is great for starting out credit lines, I messed up my credit and am currently rebuilding and this bank has been good to me. The lady with the bad post mentions "possible" fees, I conduct transactions like this all the time and have never been changed a fee for getting change, I believe legally they cannot open thier drawer and normally give you change without doing it the way she did it. It's not shady unless they are charging you for every time you do it.

      This branch treats certain individuals as if they are all criminals. They think your ID, and checks are fake and then request that you "verify" your personal info while everyone else in the bank can hear you speak. There's no privacy, so it's extremely rude to do that. I suggest that anyone they ask to verify personal info, just write it down in advance and point to the info when they ask for it. I would give this branch 0 stars in customer service if I could.

      Shady business practices!!! I utilized their ATM machine and got cash, walked inside because I needed to change two twentys into four tens. The girl asked for my ATM card to verify my ability to do business with them. WITHOUT DISCLOSURE the girl proceeds to create a deposit for $40.00 and the creates a withdrawal for $40.00 thus tagging my account for possible fees!!! Had she disclosed this information prior I would have told her and the manager on duty that they could just go fish!!!! That I could get change from Von's, a restaurant or any other normal business entity for no transaction fee whatsoever!!!! America we have to stand up to these financial institutions and all of their shady business practices. Now if I had hundreds of dollars asking for ones, fives, tens and change yes I see a necessity to document what they distribute to me, but come on this was an out and out theft of some possible transaction fee money from my account. To be fair this is not the only place that conducts business in this fashion. I am writing this to share with the public that you need to keep your eye on these people. They are looking to grab what they can from you. Banking Customers Beware!!!!!😯
