Went here to close on a loan. Very easy to find and close to Hwy 290. First class, red carpet treatment from the start. Not only was the staff right there to help us but we happened to meet the owner who was there and asked how he could assure us a fast, efficient visit. Very impressed and definitely recommend Frontier. Oh, and their location is right above a great pub that made it easy to celebrate afterwards. 🥂

Closed with Frontier Title September 20th. Haley handled everything! It was a smooth process, absolutely a first class operation. From the moment you make contact with their office you realize you are in good hands. I highly recommend Frontier for all your title needs.

Lousy job done on closing a small deal. The property has been closed twice in the same title company within one year and they totally missed out the 2019 taxes and the new owners were served by the court on unpaid taxes which will lead to foreclosure. What a shock for the new owners and both listing and buying agent . Sloppy staff with bad snotty attitude during the whole process. Won’t ever close in this title company branch again.

Wonderful service and knowledge of the field for which they represent. I close with Kimbery Miller and her excellent team. They’re always promptly responsive to ALL my correspondence and the needs of my clients. They’re staff from entrance to exit are warm, friendly and courteous. I’d highly recommend them for your next transaction. They also offer great business classes for agents who like to stay front and center if there career from technology to business planing & development strategies.

***UPDATE**** NOT SO GREAT AFTER-ALL DO NOT RECOMMEND!! After purchasing my home, I tried to contact Kim and Haley to set up an appointment to get a special warranty deed. Well I guess after you close with them, they don't really value your business unless it's to close another home. I called for weeks every morning, was greeted by the same person on the phone, and was told that they would take down my number and give me a call. Each time, I NEVER got a call back. Eventually Kim went on vacation and Haley couldn't help us, so the secretary told us that she'd make sure to flag our email and remind Kim to get in touch with us after she came back. Well, after several grueling weeks of playing telephone and sending emails (to which we didn't get any response), my mother had to finally just walk into their office, after which Kim didn't even have the paperwork! We finally got the deed squared away, only to have a new surprise. I walked into HCAD's office today and found out that they had never closed out the deed for the previous owner's ex-husband! Apparently, according to the HCAD assistant, the previous owner's deed from 2005 was never properly closed out due to them getting a divorce! Absolutely unacceptable! The sellers chose this title company BECAUSE they already had all the files open! I guess they didn't have their paperwork organized for that either! If you want sloppy work with people who rarely communicate with you, then this Frontier Title is for you. ******************************************************************* I've had so many bad experiences with Title companies in the past, so of course I was super wary when the sellers of my home chose this company to close with. But, I've got to say, Kim, Haley, and Elizabeth were absolutely amazing! They were super polite, quick to respond, and incredibly understanding to our complex situation during the closing process. We had to reschedule our appointment multiple times, but Kim graciously accommodated. Upon arriving to close, I never felt pressured to sign quickly and Kim and Elizabeth were happy to explain anything to us and even offered us snacks and beverages. Their office is very warm and comfortable, and they provide props for you to take pictures after you sign! Definitely going to be my go-to title company from now on!

I had a closing here last year and they really messed up the transaction. The day after closing they told my client that she was short on some money and that she had to pay it to the hoa, then she was told at the hoa that they didn't received payment and that they had charged her a late fee. I called and spoke to the owner and he said he would at least reimburse her the late fee buy when I reached out to him for reimbursement he never reply to my emails. They were the ones that made the mistake and did not fix it and left me hanging. I do not recommend any of my fellow Realtors to do business with them because it's not about the money it's about their word that they do not hold themselves accountable for.

Quick and painless closing done within 3 weeks. Kim was great to work with and followed up with additional documentation that I needed after our closing. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

This title company made many mistakes with our escrow - from beginning to end. The smallest mistake was keeping us waiting 30 minutes for our closing meeting and then having a substitute official do our final paperwork. Then, they had us, the buyers, sign before the sellers so that we had to run back for the keys. The worst was not accounting for a seller credit, then giving us backtoo much money which negatively affected our final down payment. Today, we had to sign more documents with our lender to fix the problem and will have to run down to Frontier to give them a check to return some of the money. Never experienced ANY problems like this with any other title company.

Definitely a great experience we had to bring my one-year-old for closing of the house and they offered refreshments and snacks and also toys for her to play with to keep her busy they were very courteous very prompt and not to mention the office was beautifully decorated and it is located in a prime establishment

Everyone is very nice and professional, always giving updates on the process, as a realtor, thats a must have; communication is the key. Trisha goes above and beyond.
