After roughly three and a half years of banking with this credit union I've had several major issues pop up as they do with any bank or Credit Union. Each one has been resolved in a professional manor, and rather swiftly. This latest problem I've had, had to do with miscommunication as to what was happening, and an understandable concern on the part of the CU that I might be misusing my account when I wasn't i was just being somewhat slopping with how i used it while i was going through a very stressful time in my life. I'm thankful to the CU that the issue was resolved, and it was done in a highly professional manor and a good compromise was found.
